(More customer reviews)The item arrived in a battered box. It appeared to have been someone else's returned merchandise. The box contained all of the necessary hardware, etc. One of the side panels has a rough exterior facing, which detracted from the finish. Fortunately, the cabinet is placed in a postion where this is hidden from view. If I have to change its location, it will be a visible flaw. (This is probably why it was returned merchandise). Anyway, I decided to keep it.Once assembled, it was very sturdy and a full array of wine bottles does not create any sag or imbalance. Just be aware that this item is imported from Asia and quality control may be a little sub-standard.
